Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat Terhadap BKPPD 2017

Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik, sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik, perlu disusun indeks kepuasan masyarakat sebagai tolok ukur untuk menilai tingkat kualitas pelayanan. Di samping itu data indeks kepuasan masyarakat akan dapat menjadi bahan penilaian terhadap unsur pelayanan yang masih perlu perbaikan dan menjadi pendorong setiap unit penyelenggara pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya.
